Quilt found at Orlando Airport

Quilt found at Orlando International Airport

A Texas family is being reunited with a lost quilt that was found at Orlando Airport Lost and Found.

The Mantanona family lost the important quilt during a recent visit to Orlando.

The family said the quilt is made from their son Jarrett’s shirts. The boy was killed by a drunk driver in 2011.

Orlando police said a janitor found the quilt at OIA and turned it in to authorities. The janitor was rewarded $500.

The Mantanona family originally posted a plea on its Facebook page asking for help finding the quilt. Now the family says they feel blessed that someone found the priceless item.
