We have all felt that sinking feeling when something important goes missing. Travel is hectic, and it’s easy to leave something behind at the gate, in a lounge or on the plane. How many times have you heard someone say ‘I’ve lost my keys’, ‘I’ve lost my wallet’ or ‘I’ve lost my phone’? Laptops, phones, tablets and bags are expensive to replace, and many of them hold personal information you don’t want to lose.
AirportsLostAndFound.com™ is an online lost property database for travelers. When you file a report, we post a public listing of your lost item, shown under a Unique ID rather than your name, so anyone who finds it, or anyone looking for a match, can see it. Travelers can search the listings online, and every new report makes the database more useful for everyone.
AirportsLostAndFound.com is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any airport, airline or government agency, and we don’t hold lost items ourselves. We always recommend that you also contact the lost and found office at the airport or airline directly.
Most airports can’t store lost items forever. Some hold them for 30 days, others for 90 days (every location is different), so it pays to act quickly.
We all love to travel, and losing your things shouldn’t ruin the trip. File your report today and let us help get the word out.
