In seat 1A on United flight 1604 from Newark to IAH arriving approximately 7:35 pm at Gate C-41 in Terminal C on Sat 81614. Almost certainly slipped from my front pants pocket when in fully reclining seat and with feet on bulkhead. Stopped in restroom next to escalator to baggage claim in Terminal C immediately before heading down the escalator on which I noticed it was missing, but nearly zero chance it could have slipped out of right front pants pocket there at the urinal. |

The iPhone almost certainly slipped from my pocket when in the fully reclining seat 1A and with my swollen feet high on the bulkhead. Airline would not let me re-enter plane after I noticed the phone missing and I was forced to get a gate pass and go through full TSA screening and sprint back to gate C-41. Phone was turned off for the flight, so I cant use the Find-a-Phone app. My business card should be inside the gray case. I did not get up from my seat at any time during the flight. If you think you may have it, please call my home 713-522-5616 and I can read the serial number to you. If it doesnt turn up, I want to file a formal complaint about the United clean-up crew, as for all practical purposes the phone HAS to have been left in seat 1A. The black iPhone 5 has a slim dark gray leather case which has a small peach-colored lens cleaning sticker with my law firms name PILLSBURY on it. My business card should be inside the case. |
