Arrived at EWR Carousel number 2 to collect two suitcases from UA80 flight around 12:05 p.m. Shortly after arrival, the first of our two suitcases, charcoal canvass w tan piping came on to the carousel. immediately it was followed by our second suitcase, a green canvas colored case.having collected both cases, we left for our home. On arrival we opened both cases to unpack. That was when we realised we had collected the wrong green colored suitcase.The label affixed at the UA check-in desk at Manchester Airport to the wrong green case is US 3016978064 belonging to CADELPAULl. The label affixed at the UA check-in desk at Manchester Airport to our G green suitcase is UA 3016971961 belonging to HANDLERSAND.The contents of our green case are mixed clothing male and female, medication and personal items. |
