As i was approaching the screening area I realized I had my cell phone in the pocket of my capri pants. I told one of the attendants, he told my I had to run it thru, I stepped back,placed it in a bowl one of the attendants gave me, then as I went thru the x-ray machine an attendant stopped me, wanted to pat me in the breast area and then ran a strip over the palms of my hands. after that i was concerned with catching up tp my husband and I completely forgot my cell phone in the bowl. it wasnt unti wel got all the way to C concourse that i realized I didnt have it. As we had time I huriued back to the security area and reported it missimg. Several attendnats looked for me but no luck. I stayed until I had to leave and get back to C concourse or miss my flight. They gave me a business card and told me to call. I have tried every number anyone on those 800 numbers suggested. This morning I redeived a call that they had found my phone and to call them. I have tried several times but no luck. She described my phone and read the numbers over the phone to me. I dont know what to get my phone back. Please help Liz Brown |
