The wheel chair pusher pushed me first to the TSA PRE X ray, He took my backpack away from me to an x-ray along the right wall. There were 2 laptops in my backpack, but only one was replaced into the backpack. I did not remove or replace the backpacks, the wheel chair pusher did it out of my sight. The lost HP laptop is gray in color, an older version with the door missing that covers the DVD drive. Laptops are extremely valuable and this error by the wheel chair pusher has caused extreme anxiety. |
