Check-In-Counter of Air Berlin on Airport Zurich-Kloten Check In 3.Our Flight AB8175 was cancelled at about 10:40 pm - There was an announcement: Alle Passagiere von Air Berlin finden sich bitte im Check In Bereich von Air Berlin ein Check in 3 Nobody said, that we had to collect our Baggage at first from baggage claim. 2 Hours of waiting at the Ckeck in Counter an agent of Air Berlin told us that there is the possibility to change the lables of our baggage for the new flight. This could be done early in the next morning. All we had to do, is to talk to the supervisor agent of the Air Berlin Check in Area in the next morning. And so we did. Weve get our new Bording cards and took our flight to Berlin. But our baggage did not arrive at baggage claim in Berlin. |
