I had called up US airways customer care and after many tries I reached an agent she had given me the lost and found number in Philadelphia Airport and asked me two contact them number given - 6103627499, I tried that number many times past 3 days and no one is picking up.Since they are not responding I requested my brother in law who stays Wilmington-Delaware to go to the airport and personally check. When he went there yesterday07032014, they didnt help, the person at the counter Ms.Jodi M was very rude he said , and refused to check the laptop with its serial number or tracking number I have given.I am sure it is there with them , as I left on board and I was almost in the end to leave the aircraft.US airways customer care is the worst, no website to put these kind of complaints and their contact centers are never reachable. I am now thinking of filing police case against them. Please help. |
