we had checked in 3 big bags and 2 trolley bags from Barcelona BCN airport terminal 1 for Rome FCO which was suppose to leave at 2.30 but left at 5pm and landed in FCO rome at 6.30pm and to our surprise we received our 2 trolley bags but the 3 big suitcases were missing.
