The item was in my carry on bag along with my watch and other small pieces of jewellery. It was lost or stolen at the security check point at or in the screening machine. Time is approximate as I had just deplaned at Gate 4 from Alaska Airlines flight 291K Zihuatenjo-LA at about 4:30 and was about to board the 8:15pm Alaska Airlines flight 701K to Vancouver via Gate 69A. I went through the secure check point that was on the far left facing the screening place of the security area along with the other passengers who were in transit. |

I did not know until now that there was a contact lost and found or I would have reported this sooner. The wedding band is gold, bevelled with a small diamond in the centre. It has had a Northwest Coast First Nations design on it raven with sundiamond. There is an inscription on the inside either 4.5.1969 or 4569 or something that shows that date-May 4 1969. Along with the ring, a silver chain linked necklace was taken or lost in screening machine. |
