I handed over the bag to the check in counter at the Ronald Reygan air port at washington DC airport. I specifically inquired the lady twice at the counter whether I have to collect the baggage at BOSTON airport and recheckin to my next flight operated by Qatar airways. She said NO, and said I have to collect the baggage when I go through the immigration at Colombo as the baggage was direcly put to my destination, which is Colombo. The Jet blue flight got delayed by more than 45 minutes to reach Boston too. But now the Qatar Colombo iffice is saying otherwise and I should have collected it from Boston and rechein to Qatar flight by my self. So I think, the bag should be lying there at the baggage collection and an unclaimed bag. |

I have attached a cardboard tag to the bag with my home address. The bag is a medium size 15 kg greenish blue bag with a dark blue cloath cover. It contain my cloaths, pair of shoes by toileries, makeup, some chocolates etc. I hope you will find it by 25th November atleast. |
