| Location Details: | Staff member sent two suitcases without labels. Both were black. One with a red and the second with a yellow strap. He asked us to place on the belt. We thought he was doing this in order to weigh rather than send both unlabeled. We we later advised the suitcases were retrieved and that labels will be sent to be attached. However our suitcases did not arrive. We also reported this Havas lost and found tracking at Istanbul Int Airport |
