| Location Details: | Description of the Incident:On August 22, 2025, I traveled with KLM from Bergen to Atlanta via Amsterdam. Upon arrival at ATL, three pieces of checked baggage were missing. I immediately reported this at the airport and received PIR ATLKL28947. Two bags KL527406 and KL527273 were eventually delivered, but the third bag KL527228, a grayblack North Face duffel bag containing clothing, hiking shoes, toiletries, and other personal items has not been located or delivered to date October 15, 2025. |
