| Location Details: | London Heathrow Terminal 5, British Airways Flight number 427 Arrived in London at 9:40 am.Exit row 11 B overhead compartment. Left behind a black shiny gift bag 6 wide 12 inches tall and 12 inches long Open top with black rope handle.Inside the bag are gifts and very personal items that I intended to hand carry to protect them.Went straight away to BA Customer service. The Customer service agent called housecleaning and we were told they have the bag and it will go to the lost and found Smarte Cart to be photographed and posted in 24 hours for me to claim. |

It is about 6 wide 12 long and 15 or so inches tall Open at the top.Wrapped in package is a glass that was on one side and smaller gifts and personal items like sunglasses, etc inside the bag as well.Some cookies and snacks and box of Hawaiian Dark Chocolate macadamia nuts box blue cloth bag that is cotton and closes with a draw string and clip to hold it closed.Inside is a pair of earrings, two necklaces. and a pearl bracelet with little blue stones included. It is stretchy. |
