I last saw my bag at Mumbai airport. On 25 August 2025I went from Mumbai to Moscow via Baku. I deposited my bag in the luggage compartment and gave it a tag. When I went to Moscow, they detained me at immigration.They sent me back to Mumbai directly without giving me a boarding pass and flight ticket.When I asked them where my bag was, they said to collect it from Mumbai, but till now my bag has not reached me. When I asked them at Mumbai Airport,Mumbai airport says your bag hasnt arrived yet, its been 30 days.I have emailed Azerbaijan Airlines and they have not responded. I have also asked them to file a lost baggage claim. There has been no response for the past 1 week. |
