Dear Airport Schiphol and KLM,I am writing to report a piece of hand luggage that I accidentally left behind at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.Unfortunately, I only realised it was missing just before boarding the plane. I immediately spoke to the crew, who were incredibly kind and reassuring. Im truly grateful for their support in such a stressful moment.Here are the details:Date of travel: 17.9.2025Flight number, time and destination: KL1985, 20:35, to BelgradeConfirmation code: Z24NGJDescription of the item: a rose-gold cabin suitcase with removable wheels, code to open 000Contents: 2 pairs of Levis jeans, a black blazer, a pink blazer, a black blouse, a white blouse, a small cosmetic bag, two necklaces, two pairs of womens black shoes and some small personal items charger for laptop, medicine, decorative white horseshoe souvenir in small red bagApproximate location where it was left near the boarding gate D after security check Theres also a small shoppossibly in the duty-free areawhere you can buy magnets with symbols of Amsterdam and the Netherlands, as well as hoodies with Amsterdam-themed designs. Its located near Gate D, one floor above. The last thing Ill pass before leaving is the restroom- near Gate D, one floor above. I believe it was lost near the area where electronic devices can be recharged, right next to Gate D where passengers check in for their flight.I would like to mention that I am afraid of flying, and as I had connecting flights, I was quite stressed and anxious during the journey which might explain why I forgot my bag. Additionally, there was an urgent boarding call, and I had to rush to the gate. I believe I left my bag near Gate D.Ive checked the Schiphol Lost Found website, but none of the listed items match my bag.
