Once I arrived in Boston I was advised that my luggage did not make it and I filled a claim report with a TAP agent on the spot by the luggage claim belt, I was also informed by the agent that, once my luggage was received it would be delivered to my home.,, 12 days later and I havent been contacted by TAP in any way, shape or form I keep calling the TAP airlines help desk, only to be told that they cant do anything with the information provided to me by the TAP agent I have all my meds and very important documents inside of one of my suitcases, before I take this problem any further l, I would like to resolve it with TAP. I missing 3 suitcases one Black and one Brown . |
