| Location Details: | They were traveling from San Francisco SFO to Mumbai, India, and were rebooked on a Virgin Atlantic flight due to the cancellation of their original KLM flight. At the time of boarding, they were informed that their checked baggage would be sent directly to India.However, upon arrival in Mumbai, there has been no trace of their baggage. This is extremely concerning as my parents are senior citizens, and their essential medicines and important personal items are inside the bag. |
