Location Details: I dont want to go to the police, but I have to. JFK Terminal 4 package delivery. I paid 3x500 for it which I can prove with invoices. 1 month passed, no package, no money. Dear KLM Customer Service,My name is Edit Vajda, and I traveled with KLM on the following flights:Flight KL 642on12 July 2025from New York to AmsterdamFlight KL 1363on13 July 2025from Amsterdam to BudapestUpon arrival, my checked baggage did not arrive. I filed a lost baggage report, and thebaggage tag number is DL987880.It has now been4 days, and I have receivedno updatesabout my missing luggage. This delay is causing me a lot of stress, as my bag contains important personal items.In addition, I would like to file aformal complaint:I wascharged three timesfor checked baggage during my journey.I was also informed later that my return ticket wasinvalid or a standby seat, although I had booked and paid for a round trip.I kindly ask for:A full update on my missing baggage.An explanation and reimbursement for the multiple baggage charges.Clarification about my return flight ticket situation.If the baggage and explanation dont arrive in 3 days we will inform further authorities about this situation.I do believe that this situation was truely humiliating.
