On 810, two large suitcases one green and pink with purple blackspots had to be left at security. They were wheeled to lost and found. The problem is that they were not tagged, for there was not time. Sadly, it was complete and utter chaos at the airport, with 13 kiosks working and not enough staff at Delta. No one told our party that they could not check their luggage, despite paying for them in advance.They were told they could not, as it was too late. The reality was the flight team asked for volunteers to put carry on luggage below. It was terribly distressing and very poor service, making us question if we will ever fly out of Buffalo Niagara again. Could someone please get back to me about this issue As of today, three voicemails have been left at the lost and found office .
