Greetings.. I Hope if you can find a solution for my concern. I arrived in Kuala Lumpur from Dubai International Airport on August 13, 2025 via Colombo Airport on flight 8D822 Dubai-Colombo and flight 8D723 Colombo-Kuala Lumpur. Upon completing all the required procedures and arriving at the gate of the flight bound for Colombo from Dubai, which belongs to FitsAir, an employee stopped us and asked to take one of the bags for check-in to reduce the weight inside the plane, so that it would be received in Kuala Lumpur. Although the ticket includes a passenger bag of 7 kg, he insisted on taking the bag. Upon our arrival in Kuala Lumpur, the aforementioned bag did not arrive, and this caused us great inconvenience and increased tension for an entire family coming for a vacation. We demand the return of the bag as soon as possible |
