we were supposed to hand in the baggage at the check in counter of swiss airlines 3 but due to it not functioning at the time, we were taken to the counter behind, no. 2 and our bags were checked in by someone, but we found out they were never loaded onto the flight 3 bags were last seen at the check in counters, and have been lost on the way to boarding onto our flight |
