My case was not at the carousel. We were late getting through immigration and the carousel was at a standstill with just half a dozen cases waiting to be claimed when we got there. |

The case is medium sized, gun metal grey. It had yellow and green tape on both handles and a 3 inch rubber yellow smiley emoji with sun glasses on the side handle. One of the corners was damaged and there was a big scrape on one side which happened on the outward flight. There are horizontal ridges on the case. |
