My baggage was lost during my recent travel with Malaysian Airlines Flight Number:MH0747DA Nang - Kuala Lumpurand MH0108 Kuala Lumpur - Kochi Date of Travel: 18072025, Booking Reference:6RWY4P. Despite reporting the issue immediately upon arrival and following all procedures, there has been no proper update or resolution from your team.Security staff was not even able to check whether my trolley was properly transited in Malaysia. Even though my trolley has scarf tiedup in the handle Airport staff is saying mine has been taken by other passenger.A similar luggage unattended like my lost blue trolley but airport staff unable to track the passenger details as there was no contact details of them, which is supposed to be mandatory for ticket booking. And also Security officer conveyed there was no proper CCTV to track it. The Airline contact number shared by officer is switched off unable to reach them too -91 80891 36247 |
