I forgot to collect my phone from the member of staff at the TAP boarding gate at Heathrow Terminal 2. I handed him the phone so that he can zoom in and have a better look at my new ticket emailed to me by Air France. After handing me my boarding pass, I left without collecting my phone. The phone was handed to the cabin crew manager to ask on the flight if anyone was missing their phone. However, I was in the toilet at the time. After no one claimed the phone, the crew manager handed back phone to the staff at the gate and the flight left. I found out this information after I asked a cabin crew member if a phone was handed to them from the gate. This was when the manager came over and explained the above.As I am going to be in Senegal for almost a year, can you please help me get my phone back. It is a black Motorola phone.
