I am Marihot Harefa, Customer of ghe Emirates Airlines. On 13th April 2025 when i arrived in CGK - jakarta airport i did not get my luggage on baggage belt. From Lisbon to Dubai EK 192 and Dubai to CGK Jakarta EK 356 my flight was Emirates airlines. From Lisbon during checked-in, the officer told me that my bag will arrived in jakarta. However I didnt find my luggageI have report to baggage service in jakarta then they told me that my bag will get in batam airport- Indonesia and they will inform me once its arrive in batam. However untill know there is no information. Kindly please give me information whether my bag has been sent to jakarta- batam Kindly please see attached of my bag Claim report. |
