| Location Details: | Turned off and put in backpack pocket upon arrival at 3:30 AM. I do not recall if we had to take out our phone for security bin with ipads and laptops. Could be in a bathroom past security, but I do not think I had it out, except for security. I do not remember what terminal or gate we were at. I have contacted Europcar as well in case I only put my personal phone in the backpack and not my work phone the one that is lost. Thank you for your help in this.IF we did not have to take out our phones at this airport, then the phone was lost in the transition at the SAL San Salvador airport Flight AV 562. We were at gate 18. The Phone would have been left at security.I did not have the phone when we got to San Francisco. |
| Additional Information: | The iPhone 13 is 6.1 inch in size, light blue with a clear case with blue and gold little flowers on it. There is a black disc adhered to the back of the case - it is a broken poptop. The phone had been turned off with an almost full charge. The home screen attached below has a photo of my husband, a man with short hair, classes and a black short sleeved shirt, standing at a beach. I have marked it as a lost phone with a message to call 1208783-7037. I believe I will be deactivating it soon. The phone number given is connected with WhatsApp also. |
