The bag is sitting in Mexico airport Terminal one. I have a apple air tag in it and know exaclty where it is. Iberia sent it from Madrid to Mexico instead of Fueteventura. I have a PIR report number and ticket number. but Iberia in Madrid have had no response from MEXICO IN 9 DAYS. I know where it is but no one from Mexico goes to get it and logs it into their system so Iberia can return it. Every day Madrid tell me nothing new and the bag just sits there airside. Will someone from Mexico lost and found talk to Mexico Iberia please, then answer Madrid and go find the bag and log it into Iberias system. |
