| Location Details: | The item is at Terminal 8, Baggage Lost and Found. It has been found. I want to know how to retrieve it. |
| Additional Information: | I spoke to an agent on Thursday night, July 25th. She ascertained that they have the item. I have called Baggage List And Found at Terminal 8 over a dozen times since then to find out how I can retrieve it. I have not been able to talk to a human, nor to have any of my calls returned. I will need to travel over 150 miles in order pick it up. I need information as to specifically when and where I can pick it up. Thank you |
