On 18 April, i travelled from JFK Terminal 1 to Brussels on flight SN502 Brussels Airlines.I have not seen my back since checking in at the counter. I was told my luggage was not loaded on the plane and the airline is still in the process of looking for it. It has been reported with ref BRUSN59229. The bag is dark blue, medium sized soft bag,4 wheels. and its brand is AWAY. A picture of the luggage is attached. Brussels airport has thoroughly checked its untagged bags today and its not there. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you. |
