I left my iPad on the plane I went back to get and I wasnt allowed back on the flight. The employee had it in his hand and stated if I wanted it back I had to go pass immigration at the lost and found instead of giving me my property. I cried and begged for it and he just left me there. No one would help me the police offices or any other gate agents or employees. I arrived to my gate with scoot and an employee name Queeni tried to call but no one return it. She explain that the plane wasnt being used no more that day and it get cleaned the next day. They couldnt put me on the next flight if I missed that one so I had to leave my iPad behind. Even thought we were late by more than two hours for out take off and my flight from JFK was late landing. All this time and yet no could help me get my iPad off the plane. This is a horrible experience I didnt think I would get robbed by an employee staff holding my belongings. I have report my item stolen with apple and I am tracking it as its still showing in the airport. Please return my belongings. |
