| Location Details: | Inside the plane there was a lose panel and a hole in the floor - both my iphone12 mini and my flashlight fell into the hole - it slid too far and was impossible to be reached - when we landed the ground crew decided they had to remove the panel from underneath the plane to reach it. because my flashlight was in there too, it became a safety issue. the phone had a green rubber cover with a slot for credit card - in it I had my ID and American Express card. |
