I checked in for my flight to Zurich on business class. It was Terminal 4 Business Class checkin.The bag was seen on the baggage belt going for departure.During the flight I received an email that my bag could not be loaded on schedule. It was mentioned that it will arrive on a later flight. Since then I havent had any information regarding my bag. Could you please make a follow up I already opened a case with Swissport in Zurich.Case number is: ZRHLX65036I am really concerned where my bag is as nobody can help me. It must be somewhere in Heathrow but nobody knows where.I would highly appreciate your help in my case.Kind regards |
