The last time I saw my luggage was as I was walking to the airplane. An airport staff member asked me to place my hand luggage with the cabin luggage due to limited space. They gave me a number tag and instructed me to collect it upon disembarking. However, the flight was significantly delayed. After landing, it took a long time to exit the plane since my seat was at the back and the only open door was at the front. This delay caused me to be late for boarding my next flight, LA 8059 with LATAM. In the rush, I didnt manage to collect my luggage at the carousel. I spoke with one of the staff members from SAA, who advised me to run for my connecting flight and claim my bag once I arrived at Guarulhos Airport |
