| Location Details: | I last saw my bag when I checked my bag in at CLT airport. I had a connecting flight in JFK that I missed due to weather. I am worried that in the process my bag did not make the connecting flight the next day as Iberia told me the bag is still in JFK. It has been 14 days since my bag was lost and Iberia cannot seem to contact JFK or American Airlines to help get my bag to me. |
