HI, I forgot my carry on luggage inside in the plane from Frankfurt to Keflavik on 14th August in afternoon - When I went out of the plane and went to another gate for USA. At the gate for USA, I noticed I forgot my carry on and at the gate they staff told me I cannot go back and look for my carry on. So the staff went there and didnt find my carry on. I did fill out the claim for lots items. And they couldnt find my carry on. If someone took my carry on by error or it was lost somewhere Flight was FI523. I contacted police and requested camera video and the police said they erased it after one month. I contacted police around 91.The police at Keflavik told me they closed my case after one month.
