Frankfurt airport connecting on a flight from So Paulo to Prague, it was saw the last time in a tray in X-ray gate just after the emigration. I was going to gate A23 to take the plane to Prague. |

Good afternoon, on the 19th I was at Frankfurt airport connecting on a flight from So Paulo to Prague. The flight from So Paulo was delayed and I arrived just in time for my flight to Prague. When I went through the X-ray after emigration, to go to the boarding gate for Prague, the girl from X-ray at the fly connection asked me to take my iPad out of my backpack and put it in another separate tray. I was afraid of missing the flight to Prague and I took my belongings and forgot the iPad because the tray with my boots was the last one, but it came right after the backpack. I put my boot on and ran to the gate. When I got on the plane I noticed the iPad. I made an official complaint to Lufthanza on the website but they said they couldnt find it. I ask for help because my work information is on my iPad. I believe that through the cameras they can see what happened. It was between 4:20 and 4:45 in the afternoon to be more precise. Please help me recover my iPad. Thanks |
