My Son Saravjot Singh Bharaj traveling from New Delhi India to Toronto Canada for his further studies and he is having a connecting flight from Montreal Trudeau International Airport to Toronto Pearson International Airport, unfortunately during this connected flight he forgot his carry-on black color American Tourister luggage handbag with Red Colour Lock on its zipper at the Montreal Airport.When he realized that he forgot his luggage in between the gates of Airport before the final security check in, after that he tries to locate the bag and on enquiring from Air Canada help desk, they recommend my son to go to the Custom Officials and as he approches the Custom Officials, a officer shows him his luggage and asked for the keys of lock, after getting the keys from my son the custom officer got everything checked and verified everything in the luggage including his educational documents, as a copy of all the documents were there in it but after that the customer Official again take the luggage back with him and after that nobody listened to him including the Air Canada Officials and as the time is running out for the joining flight to Toronto, the son has to report at the boarding gate due to which he left the Custom Officials desk and ran towards the boarding gate for boarding the flight.Please try to get that Luggage from the Custom Officials of the Montreal Airport at the earliest as that luggage carries the Shirts, undergarments, turbans, medicines and other daily use items of my son. |
