I left the phone in the seat pocket in front of seat no 30Dsamsung note 20 - in see through case - left plane and tried to go back in after like 5 minutes- was informed will have to speak to airlines help desk- waited in queue then spoke to a kind advisor called Esme - contacted the plane - tells me none was found and Ill have to fill in this form.this is very unsettling as if I was allowed to go back in 5 min after I left the plane I wouldve be able to retrieve it myself.the phone is very important as it holds many precious information .please help.I will be returning to London from Cairo to London via Austria on the 13th of September |
