on a flight on the evening of July 23, 2023 to return to Vietnam of Vietnam airlines No: VN 0056. Before boarding the plane, the security guard told me that in my box sent to Vietnam there is a device with a battery after opening the box it is a balance electric scooter and that device cannot be brought on board the plane staff took it out and took it away, because it was time to board the plane I was in a hurry to ask the staff how to get the balance bike back, please help me and I want it back. all contact information please send to my mailbox [email protected].
