| Location Details: | Hello.When I got off the plane TK805 which took off at 7:35 from ErbilIraq to take the bus to the terminal, I realized that I had left my phone in my seat number 17E. I tried to get the bus driver to stop but he didnt pay attention.When I arrived at the terminal, I was directed to the Turkish Airlines office in the terminal. They called the aircraft and then confirmed that my mobile was there. I only had 1h in transit and they said it would take up to 2-3h for me to get my phone back.How do I get my phone back |
