| Additional Information: | I arrived in Korea on American Airlines flight 281 from DFW. Since my luggage was delayed by American Airlines, I didnt have the opportunity to check them in with Philippines Airlines. So I flew on without my baggage. Now my two bags are at ICN. Philippines Airlines at BCD tells me that it is American Airlines responsibility to return the luggage, American Airlines says that its always the responsibility of the destination airport and Im stuck between. I need my baggages very badly. Please help me. |
