| Additional Information: | Excess baggage checkin at Sydney airport 35 kg luggage. On arrival we thought we had all excess bags but had left one behind. Due to the mix up with the car rental we were confussed as to were the bag at first was lost but we had confirmation it had not been with us.So my wife went to split airport in August as I have a medical condition and we were very busy seeking medical assistance and had no time to report the loss. So my wife went into the airport when we returned the rental car to pick up our new car and reported it lost. We have heard nothing yet so decided to see if reporting it offically would help.
