The items are two phones, one iPhone 13 pro max in the green cage and Tecno Spark 7 Pro in a black cage left on my seat 034B on the plane while disembarking the plane to board my connecting flight to Paris. Immediately, I tried to return to the gate but it was already closed. I was informed by the officers at my connecting flight boarding gate that I should make the claim when I arrived in pairs. Since my arrival, I have been using many means to reach out. I have done a mail to lost.proproties@brusselsairlines.com after speaking with the agent via phone and have not gotten any response to this effect |
