My luggage was lost at Barcelona airport on 09242022. I filed a claim immediately and received claim BCNAC16700. I requested luggage to be delivered to either my temporary residence at Barcelona Hilton Hotel where I would be for 1 night, checking out on 9252022 to board Norwegians Epic cruise ship for 7 days. I was told if luggage was not received in time for delivery to the hotel it would be delivered to the ship either at Barcelona or one of the ports. My travel itinerary:09232022 Air Canada AC8570 at 3:20pm Atlanta arrive Montreal at 5:50pm09232022 Air Canada AC822 at 7:30pm Montreal arrive Barcelona 9242022 @8:45am. There were 3 bags:1 bag tag AC679071 2 bag tag AC 6791303 bag tag AC 679130Bag 1 was scanned on 09232022 in Montreal and placed on Air France flight AF1548 on 09252022 to Paris and flight AF1348 on 09252022 Paris to Barcelona. Bag 3 was scanned on 09232022 in Montreal and placed on Air France flight AF1548 on 09232022 to Paris and flight AF1148 on 09252022 Paris to Barcelona. Both bags 1 and 3 have been received. Bag 2 was scanned on 09232022 in Montreal and placed on Air France flight AF870 on 09232022 to Paris and flight AF1748 on 09252022 Paris to Barcelona. I have spoken with numerous representatives in central baggage office to secure this information. Please locate my luggage Bag2 and sent to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Ive also tried tracking my luggage on www.worldtracer.com every day. There have been no updates. |
