I didnt loose my suitcase. The final destination airline Iberia didnt somehow get the suitcase from for JetBlue my first airlines connecting in JFK. Somehow the system lost my suitcase in transition from LAX- to -MAD at JFK airport. I was told different stories such as there was no space on the plane, it was scanned on the 23rd at JFK and went in the back to terminal staging. I have file d claim with both airlines and both seem to have any idea. I believe my suitcase is still in some office in terminal 5 when we arrived to JFK to connect to Madrid our final destination.
