My Partner Moritz Naumann and I flew on 3.8.2022 with the flight TK1526 with Turkish Airlines from Dsseldorf DUS to Istanbul IST and then with Air Astana with the flight KC0912 to Almaty ALA. My suitcase has not arrived in Almaty until now 6.8.2022. The staff at the airport cannot find any information about my suitcase. They do not know if the suitcase is still in Dsseldorf, where I checked it, or in Istanbul, where we changed planes. It is a large black hard shell suitcase with a small red bow on the handle. The brand is called Amazon Basics. The contents of the suitcase are very important to me. Best regards, Selma Nayin |
