Hello my name is CARANIE SNEDLY RAPHAEL and my brothers DANOV RAPHAEL on June 15th we both travel to Tel-aviv airport on flight TK 7668 Y Fron Antalya airport, we werent granted entrance to Israel and have to fly back home to Istanbul, from Tel Aviv we were told that our luggages were onboard when we reached back to Istanbul and it was time to claim our bag they werent there we filled a claim and was told that they will be brought to our house its been over the wait period which was 5 days and still havent receive anything, I called and spoke with a clerk and was told that our luggages still hasnt reach, I have all my personal belongings in there and need them please help me recuperate them as soon as possible thank you kindly |
