Apologies but I didnt know I have to report it here and because I didnt expect anyone to take it while on the plane or maybe I misplaced it somewhere thats why I only rang my travel insurance.I didnt know it was missing until I unpacked my bag to wear my jewelleries and notice its not in my bag so as my glasses and thats when I rang air nz travel insurance and they told me to fill out the form online and submit it.I only received an email from them on the 7th May to get a report from the airline and the receipts or proof of purchase which I already attached my receipts with my claim but not the lost report from Air New Zealand.The sunglass is a black Versace with the Versace brand on the side.The jewellery is white pearl necklace with crystal stone around the pearls with matching bracelet and earrings. |
