I last saw my phone while my plane landed at Charles de Gaulles airport on 31st December 21 on Terminal 2E. I got off the plane and proceeded to other terminal for connection. after twenty minutes while accessing security check I realised that my phone was missing. I immediately went to Air France customer service and they advised me after contacting security that the plane was locked. I did not received any update from customer services as I was on transit for 10 hours. I also went to Lost Luggage but no luck. My phone is still ringing and the seat I was sitting was 25F. I suspect the phone slipped under the seat and it is still ringing. |
